Our Philosophy

Leading Bees Montessori believes in uniqueness and capability of each child. While respecting their individual, cultural and family background and their own needs we are committed to provide right environment, materials and approach and stimulate to learn and nurture children. Our team always maintain positive interactions with children to inspire them. We prove this through following Montessori Education Curriculum by providing structured educational program while children have play based opportunity. Leading Bees Values, Code of Conduct, Early Childhood Australia’s Code of Ethics, and the UN Convention on the rights of the child guide the practices and attitudes of the Explorers Team. The Explorers Team are committed to implementing a Quality Improvement Plan.

  • Building up respectful relationships with families and communities and the expertise, culture, values and beliefs of families and communities are respected and families share in decision-making about their child’s learning and wellbeing.
